NBV metal touch ball valves have single solid bodies. Therefore NBV ball valves are more resistant to strain from the pipeline than other split-structure valves.
Also balls and seat rings are in metal contact with each other so that they do not burn out in the event of a fire.
①Joint of Body and Bonnet
The joint between the body and the bonnet consists of a double seal structure in metal contact with the gasket.
② Ball and Seat ring（Metal touch seal type）
Since it is a contact between the surface-hardened metal surfaces, it does not burn up in case of fire.
③ Stem / Grand Packing（Preventing the stem from popping out）
If the thrust washer and ground packing are burned down, the stem contacts the body and seal in a structure that does not protrude due to internal pressure.
Also since the grand packing is blocked with a packing presser, excessive leakage of fluid is prevented.
④ Seat ring back seal (Seal of the outside of the seat ring)
If the O-rings of the sealing are burned down, the seat ring is pressed with a metal tray spring to prevent excessive fluid leakage.
